How quickly will I

lose weight?

If fat-loss is your goal, your rate of progress depends on many factors. Once you have developed the habits that lead to weight-loss, you can expect the realistic rates as listed in the table.



Also, fat-loss is rarely linear. You should expect ups, downs, and plateaus. Most clients do well with a “reasonable” or “comfortable” rate of progress.
